Symptom
You try to access one of the website statistics that are included with your Bitpalace Business Booster by default, but the server requests a user name and a password.
Solution
For the website statistics you normally enter the same user name and the same password like for FTP. Do not use the customer control panel user "cu-…", but the FTP user "srv-…" and the password of that user. If you own more than one "srv-…" account each account has different access credentials.
The website statistics are located in the password-protected "/plesk-stat" directory. You can update the user name and password of that directory in your customer control panel the same way that you would choose for a normal password-protected directory.
